 Job Description:

1. Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and

fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

2. Develop and execute creative design concepts for various marketing and branding

initiatives.

3. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms.

4. Plan and prioritize design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand

guidelines and project objectives.

5. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate innovative ideas

to elevate the visual identity of our brand.

6. Review and approve final designs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with project

requirements.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development,

to understand design needs and deliver impactful solutions.

8. Present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders, effectively

communicating creative vision and rationale.

9. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to provide valuable

insights and recommendations for design strategies.

 Required Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

 2-3 years of professional experience.

 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative

and impactful designs.

 Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).

 Excellent team management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate

a creative team.

 Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and

collaborate with stakeholders.

 Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics.

 Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and

meet deadlines.

 Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality and consistency in design deliverables.
