Job Description:

Position Summary: As a Graphic Designer at Sumvaik Consulting Group, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our clients" brand identities and marketing goals. You will collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design various digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website elements, infographics, presentations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop creative concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
 Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
 Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, ads, brochures, and presentations.
 Work closely with copywriters and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging in all materials.
 Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
 Revise designs based on feedback and work iteratively to achieve the desired outcome.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
 Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
 Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly in digital marketing and branding.
 Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
 Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 Attention to detail and a creative mindset with a passion for design and innovation.

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus.
 Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX design, and HTML/CSS is a bonus.
 Experience working with B2B and B2C brands across various industries.
