Executive - Digital Marketing

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the e-commerce industry. This role involves managing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management :
 Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
 Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation And Management
 Develop engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
 Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.

SEO And SEM
 Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
 Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools to optimize content.
 Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.

Social Media Management
 Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
 Manage social media accounts, create posts, and respond to customer inquiries.

Analytics And Reporting
 Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
 Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and website traffic.

Email Marketing
 Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
 Segment email lists and personalize content to increase open and click-through rates.

Market Research
 Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
 Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.

Must-Have Skills
 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
 Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
 Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
 Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.)
 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
 Strong project management and organizational skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills
 Experience in the e-commerce industry
 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
 Familiarity with marketing automation tools
 Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
