Job Details

    Assist in the agency's business development efforts by identifying and acquiring new client partnerships, learning about client needs, and contributing to revenue growth through HR staffing services. Outcomes: 1. Client Acquisition: Secure at least 5 new client partnerships within the first year, contributing to the agency's revenue targets. 2. Market Research & Leads: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate a list of leads for business development efforts. 3. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Actively engage with prospective clients, assess their HR staffing needs, and build initial relationships. 4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the Senior Business Development team to assist in sales activities, proposals, and presentations to potential clients. 5. Revenue Growth Contribution: Contribute to the achievement of an agency-wide revenue target through successful client acquisitions and support. 6. Client Feedback & Reporting: Regularly gather and document client feedback and insights to help refine the agency's business development strategies. 7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from client acquisition to service delivery. Competencies: 1. Learning & Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends, client needs, and the agency's services. 2. Sales Support Skills: Basic understanding of the sales process and the ability to assist in sales activities. 3. Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication for initial client engagement and relationship building. 4.
