    Position Title: Sales Executive Company Name TaxManntri Consultancy Private Limited Location: Pune Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at TaxManntri Consultancy Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identifying potential customers or clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, attending events, or using online tools and databases. Lead Qualification: Assessing leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and purchasing authority to prioritize efforts on the most promising opportunities. Service Knowledge: Fully understanding the features, benefits, and applications of the services they are selling to effectively communicate value to prospects. Building Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and providing excellent customer service. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting Service demonstrations or sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect to showcase how the service can solve their problems or fulfil their needs. Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while ensuring they are mutually beneficial for both the customer and the company. Objections. Post-Sale Support: Providing ongoing support to customers after the sale, including addressing any issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upselling or cross-selling additional services. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, tracking progress towards goals, and providing regular reports to management on sales metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor Services, and sales techniques through training programs, workshops, and self-study to continuously improve sales performance. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a professional services environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. 4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen attention to detail. 5. Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of accounting and finance concepts is a plus. 9. Prior experience working in with tax consultation firm or knowledge of accounting practices and regulations is preferred. 10. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
