Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential retail sales opportunities and
market trends
Analyse competitor strategies and market dynamics to develop a competitive edge
Identify and target potential retail partners, including retailers, distributors, and
wholesalers.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of qualified leads.
Create and execute sales strategies to acquire new retail clients and grow existing
relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings and solutions to meet the
needs of retail clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners.
Act as the
main point of contact and advocate for retail clients within the organisation.
Negotiate
terms and conditions of agreements, contracts, and partnerships with retail clients.
Ensure all agreements align with company goals and compliance standards.
Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
Provide regular updates to management on the status of business development
activities.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving
issues, and managing expectations effectively.
Travel to meet with retail clients and attend industry events or conferences as required
