- We are looking for an Alliance Manager with 3+yrs of experience in Mircosoft Alliance(Products & Services)
Introduction to the Role:
The Alliance Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our business partnership with Microsoft / AWS / VMWare through closely partnering with different programs like FastTrack, ECIF, Competencies, Service Delivery, Co-Marketing, Various Incentives programs etc. and aligning our business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Identifying potential partners that can complement Microsoft / AWS / VMWare products and services, as well as align with its strategic goals in the Indian market.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Microsoft / AWS / VMWare organizations. This involves frequent communication, collaboration, and ensuring that both parties" benefit from the partnership.
Strategic Planning: Developing a strategic plan for the alliance, outlining goals, objectives, and a roadmap for the partnership's success.
Product and Service Integration: Ensuring that the partner's products or services are well- integrated with Microsoft / AWS / VMWare offerings. This might involve technical collaboration and interoperability testing.
Reporting: Preparing regular reports and updates on the status of the partnership to Microsoft / AWS / VMWare leadership and the partner organization
Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales initiatives that drive revenue for both parties.
Customer Engagement: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell Microsoft / AWS / VMWare products and services through various channels. This may involve joint customer engagements and solution-selling.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously tracking and evaluating the performance of the alliance against established KPIs and making amendments when necessary.
Communication: Act as a liaison between Microsoft and the organization, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution when required.
Market Analysis: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. This information helps in making informed decisions about the partnership and adapting strategies as needed.
Role Requirements:
1+ years of Alliance Management experience required, with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibilities.
Proven Experience of Microsoft Alliances (Products & Services) along with various programs of Microsoft Partnership (Incentive Programs, Solution Designation etc)
Must be comfortable in engaging with a variety of roles ranging from sales to senior executives.
Key Personal Attributes:
A strong "stage presence" and ability to manage client interactions, requirement gathering discussions, etc.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A strong people motivator with prominent levels of energy.
Proactive in taking up additional responsibilities.
Relentless learner and the passion to pick up recent technologies and industry trends.,
