Location:* Andheri West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct market surveys and develop databases.
- Create a 3-year business development plan.
- Run sales promotion campaigns and manage leads.
- Plan and execute travel to key customers and events.
- Appoint and monitor distributors/agents.
- Build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:*
- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.E (Chemical) + MBA/Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Experience: 4-8 years in international business development (Oilfield/Speciality Chemical/Fine Chemical)
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; tech-savvy with ERP and MS-Office knowledge
- Knowledge: Export-Import Policy, Customs & DGFT Rules, Shipping Incoterms
- Location: Preferably residing in western suburbs of Mumbai,
