Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading flexible packaging manufacturer in India. Our client is seeking a highly experienced International Business Development Executive to spearhead their expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of driving high-profit margins and an existing international client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
International Business Development & Expansion: Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets, develop market entry strategies, and manage the expansion process.
Sales Lead Generation & Customer Retention: Generate qualified leads, convert lead into sales, and implement strategies to retain existing clients.
Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Global Account Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with existing international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving repeat business.
Communication & Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.
International Travel: Conduct exclusive international travel for trade shows and exhibitions.
Channel Management: Appoint and manage traders, agents, and representatives in international markets.
Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Be responsible for achieving profitable revenue and volume growth through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in international business development, preferably within the flexible packaging industry.
Has an existing client portfolio in Africa, Europe, the US and the Middle Eastern region.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving high profit margins and sales volumes.
Strong understanding of international trade principles and regulations.
Strong personality with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to the headquarters in Ahmedabad, as well as within India and internationally for business

Requirements
Preferably a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines. - A proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, coupled with an extensive network within the UAEs MEP consulting, lighting design, specifier, and real estate development communities. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - In-depth knowledge of LED lighting products and their diverse applications - A self-starter attitude, driven by results, and capable of autonomous work. - Familiarity with UAE construction and lighting industry norms and regulations.,
