We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in HubSpot to manage and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and extensive experience with HubSpot CRM. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical and analytical solutions that meet their needs.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Tsaaros services to prospective clients.
Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, financial models, and technical specifications.
Manage the sales database and bring customers to calls.
Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries with a focus on financial and technical accuracy.
Maintain a deep understanding of Tsaaros services, and industry trends, particularly in fintech and analytics.
Provide feedback to the consulting team on client requirements and potential improvements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other CRM software.
