Territory Sales Manager - Express Business
Logistics Sales (PTL, FTL)

Experience:
2-4 years in logistics sales
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory for Part Truck Load (PTL) and Full Truck Load (FTL) services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for improving service offerings and market positioning.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract details in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics sales, specifically in PTL and FTL services.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
