    Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (IT Sales) Location: Navi Mumbai Salary: Upto 35,000 per month Experience: 2+ years IT is a dynamic IT services company committed to providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base. Position Overview: We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with a background in IT Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and generating leads within the IT services sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT service solutions . Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, specifically within the IT services industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
