    Program Manager PMO Overview The Program Manager in the PMO (Project Management Office) will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple high-rise building and data centre construction projects within a program. This role involves coordinating across various project teams, ensuring that all projects within the program align with organizational objectives, and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale construction programs, particularly those involving complex, mission-critical infrastructures like data centres. Job Responsibilities Program Management and Coordination: Lead the management of a portfolio of high-rise and data centre projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies. Coordinate across multiple project teams to ensure consistency, synergy, and adherence to program objectives. Project Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce project management standards and methodologies within the PMO, ensuring consistent application across all projects. Develop and implement program governance frameworks, including regular reporting, performance tracking, and decision-making processes. Ensure that all projects comply with the organization's policies, procedures, and industry best practices. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify, assess, and manage risks across the program, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. Proactively address and resolve program-level issues, ensuring that they are escalated and managed effectively. Lead root cause analysis for significant issues, developing and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of program objectives, progress, and any issues. Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and opportunities within the program. Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the program budget, ensuring that all projects are delivered within financial constraints. Manage resource allocation across the program, ensuring that project teams have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. Collaborate with finance teams to monitor program expenditures, identifying and addressing any variances from the budget. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that all projects within the program meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Implement quality assurance processes across the program, including regular audits, inspections, and reviews. Ensure that all construction activities adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and organizational standards, particularly in high-rise and data centre environments. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of individual projects within the program, ensuring that they align with overall program objectives. Develop and maintain program dashboards, providing real-time visibility into project status, risks, and key metrics. Prepare detailed reports for senior management, summarizing program performance, achievements, and areas for improvement. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and other professionals within the PMO, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to project managers, helping them to resolve challenges and deliver successful projects. Conduct performance reviews and support the professional development of team members, aligning their growth with program and organizational goals. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the program and across the PMO, implementing best practices and innovative solutions. Lead post-program reviews, capturing lessons learned and driving improvements for future programs. Promote a culture of innovation within the PMO, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance program delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil / electrical / mechanical engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. 7 - 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale construction projects, particularly high-rise buildings and data centres. Proven experience in managing complex, multi-project programs, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams. Proficiency in project and program management software, with experience in budget management, risk management, and performance tracking. Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent certification. Experience with mission-critical infrastructure projects, particularly data centres. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and their application in high-rise and data centre developments.,
