Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at Bajaj Finserv in Chennai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, managing a team, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Experience in achieving sales targets and driving growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of financial products and services
Ability to analyze data and market trends
MBA degree or Experience in related filed
Proven track record of successful sales performance,
