Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at Schon's in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's exclusive windows and doors products, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of interior design trends and products
Experience in B2B sales or similar field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Field sales of aluminum windows, glass doors etc.
Minimum 4-5 years of work experience is mandatory
Salary range from 30000 to 60000 based on previous experience
