Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Executive at Rojgar Bandhu. The role involves providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service on a day-to-day basis in our Indore location.

Salary - Rs. 24000 to Rs. 28000 (in-hand)

Qualifications
 Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
 Customer Service and Customer Service Management
 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
 Prior 1 year experience in customer service or related field is a plus .
 High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
 if the candidates is outside Madhya Pradesh and ready to relocate then train tickets +14 days accomodation+ breakfast for 14 days .
 excellent communication skills required.
 it will 6 days working with majorily day shift .,
