Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore as a Customer Support Executive at SCHWING Stetter India. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to providing support to customers, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction and sending timely reports to Head Office. Basically to provide necessary support to the field sales team.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and time bound approach
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Prior experience in customer support or related field would be preferable
Should be Quick Leaner and positive attitude.
Detailed Role & Responsibility
Coordinating with sales team for preparing the reports and maintaining documents and providing information to team and customer
Maintain MIS of all the activities and timely submission to management
Operating Salesforce and SAP for Order Processing ( due training would be given)
Timely dispatching the Invoices to concerned
Follow up with Factory for timely dispatches,
