Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager, Cluster Heads, or Zonal Managers at Urban Money in Agra. The role involves managing DSA Empanelment ,sales operations, overseeing cluster/zone performance, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include leading and motivating sales teams, implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet targets.

Qualifications
 Minimum 3 Experience in Banking Retail Asset Loans and Credit Card , Loan policy and Process Knowledge in PL,BL,HL,LAP, Mortgages.
 Awareness of DSA Business in Loans and Lending Products.
 Sales management, team leadership, and performance monitoring skills
 Experience in driving sales growth and meeting targets
 Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
 Knowledge of financial services products and industry trends
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
 Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.,
