We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Spare Parts Stockist of Honda / TVS / Royal Enfield / Hero / Bajaj for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine spares parts from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers.

Job Location:- Transport Nagar, Lucknow**
 * Only permanent residents of Lucknow since last 10 or more year's will be interviewed and selected**

Job Role & Responsibilities:-
 Responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within your designated area. You will lead a team of sales representatives, set targets, develop strategies, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
 Focus on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to expand market presence and drive business growth.
 Sales Strategy Development, Team Leadership, Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Performance Monitoring, Inventory Management, Promotional Activities, Budget Management, Reporting & Compliance.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:-
 Bachelor Degree (in Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred.)
 Proficient in Adv. MS Excel, MS Office suite and sales management software.
 Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
 Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and analytical capabilities.
 Knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts market dynamics, trends, and competitors.
 Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Salary:- Rs. 35,000-40,000/- pm (Negotiable) + Incentives + TA + PF + Insurance (Health & Medical) + Others
