    We have an opening for Business Development Executive our client in Bangalore.

     

     DESIGNATION: - Business Development Executive

     LOCATION: Bangalore


    INDUSTRY PREFERENCE

    - Experience in Building Materials Industry (Paints / Plywood / Ceramics / ACP / Claddings /

    Wooden Floorings etc. - working with Secondary Market) ; Real Estate, Construction Industry

    experience can also be considered.

     


    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    a. Prospecting & Lead Generation - Generate Sales Pipeline for all Hot / Warm & Cold leads; and

    Lead Conversion.

    b. Drive Sales through Primary targets through Dealer connects & Sub-Dealer networks.

    c. Drive Secondary Targets through cultivating and maintain strong relationships with all

    stakeholders viz - End Customers/ Builders/ Architects / Interior Designers / Contractors /

    Carpenters etc.; Foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.

    d. Meeting Daily Activities, Targets & Objectives beyond the Threshold level set by the

    company; Demonstrating a proactive approach to achieve sales goals.

    e. Organizing monthly In-Shop meet & Contractor Meet

    f. Frequent Checking of the existing stock of all SIAM SKU's at all dealer points assigned and

    take steps to liquidate material; Maintain positive Billing Points.

    g. Reporting, & Analysis - Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market

    feedback for management review and strategic planning; Daily CRM Entries to maintain

    regular Activity Flow & Follow-Up.

     


    DESIRED PROFILE:

    Age: - 22 to 28 Yrs.

    Qualification: - Any UG / Graduates

    Experience: - 1 - 4 Yrs. in the Building Material Industry.

     


    Skill Sets: a. Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.

    b. Good Business acumen - Ability to map the business potential of the territory and generate

    revenue.

    c. Relationship Management & Networking

    d. Excellent Communication, Analytical thinking, Active Listening & Negotiation Skills

    e. Oral & Written Comprehension and Reasoning.

    f. Numerical Aptitude, Data Creation & Report Preparation.

    g. Should possess a 2-Wheeler and should have a valid DL


    Personality Traits: a. Should be Energetic, Convincing, Persuasive & Persistent.

    b. Attention to details and Problem Solving.

    c. Good Interpersonal Skills

    d. Highest degree of integrity, professionalism and discretion required
