Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Identify target audience and create tailored marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
SEO/SEM Management:
Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).
Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.
Content Creation and Management:
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that resonates with the target audience.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality digital content.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Track and report on email campaign performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor website and campaign performance.
Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (search engines, social media, email, etc.).
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Communicate with stakeholders to report on campaign progress and results.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development basics.
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
