    Job Profile - Digital Marketing Deputy Manager In Travel Profile Open Positions - 2 Job Type - Full Time Location - Gurugram , Haryana Required Experience - Minimum 4 Years To 6 Years & Above Salary Bracket - 30 K to 60 K Per Month (3.6 LPA T0 7.2 LPA ) Joining Time - Immediate Joiner The Digital Marketing Deputy Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. The Deputy Manager will oversee various digital marketing initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all campaigns align with the companys overall marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development - Assist in the formulation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital landscape. 2. **Campaign Management:** - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 3. **Content Creation and Management:** - Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging. - Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely publication of content across all channels. 4. **Social Media Management:** - Manage the companys social media presence, including strategy development, content creation, and community engagement. - Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly. 5. **SEO and SEM:** - Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the companys website. - Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and budget management. 6. **Email Marketing:** - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows. - Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates. 7. **Analytics and Reporting:** - Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). - Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. 8. **Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with the marketing team, sales department, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and objectives. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 9. **Budget Management:** - Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. - Monitor expenses and report on budget performance. 10. **Stay Updated:** - Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and technology. - Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: 1. **Education:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus. 2. **Experience:** - 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across various channels. - Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred. 3. **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS). - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies. 4. **Analytical Skills:** - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. 5. **Communication Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas clearly. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 6. **Creativity:** - A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. 7. **Project Management:** - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 8. **Adaptability:** - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing digital landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. ---,
