Develop and manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts
Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage
Make sales and account presentations to large and small businesses
Conduct industry research and trends analysis
Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans
Proven experience of 3-5 years in Insurance Sales
Strong decision-making skills & team handling
Great interpersonal skills & ability to handle pressure
Must be from BSFI
Close the deal according to ticket size
Should have mentoring skills & ability to sustain a team of 5-6 Sales Executives
Achieve daily & monthly targets
Outstanding problem-solving skills & negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of Verbal & Written Communication.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage or handle multiple tasks
Professional certification in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage,
