Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :-
Developing new market and generating new business in the territory.
To lead the sales operations of the assigned territory & to achieve the revenue and profitability targets for the region.
Responsible for hiring, mentoring and retaining talent in the team.
Review and evaluate the team
Maintaining relationship with Key accounts
Planning to achieve the set targets in Sales through strategic analysis of product mix & market segment mix.
Negotiating, and closing mid/large sized business deals.
Developing customer base from pharma & chemical industry and identifying growth opportunities for long term objectives.
Gather competitor information, potential threats from competition and counter strategies to overcome them
To motivate the team to undertake difficult challenges which will bring better results for the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
Candidates should possess good engineering knowledge & sound technical understanding.
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are must.
Candidates with Electrical, Pharma, chemical, any industrial selling experience can apply.,
