Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Brand Partnerships and Business Development Associate with 2+ years of experience in sales or business development. This is a target-based role focused on identifying leads, pitching services, and closing deals in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events. Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective clients to introduce our services and products. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored proposals that align with client needs. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company in a target-driven environment. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, and deal closures. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and industry insights. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking sales metrics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the business development or sales industry. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
