Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and markets for freight forwarding services.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase market share.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and market trends.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals.
Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients.
Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact between the company and clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client needs, and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's Degree, Preferred MBA (not mandatory).
Freight Sales experience of 2-4 years.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.,
