- The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role involves cold calling, sending targeted emails, and utilizing a consultative sales approach to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities.
Identify and qualify prospects based on company criteria and sales targets.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track interactions using CRM software.
Craft and send personalized and effective email campaigns to potential clients.
Follow up on email communications to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Analyze and optimize email outreach strategies based on response rates and engagement.
Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet company criteria and have the potential to convert into customers.
Conduct research on leads to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Address client questions and concerns during the presentation process.
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively and in alignment with company policies.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to finalize agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide post-sale support and address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive client experience.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to enhance performance and achieve goals.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Collaborate with other sales team members to share insights and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of successful cold calling and deal-closing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
