Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining and expanding customer base, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Experience in the chemical, paper, or polymers industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English and Hindi,
