Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

As a Performance Marketer at Techjet, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and increasing ROI for our products and services through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities:

- Develop data-driven marketing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for acquisition, activation, and conversion.

- Implement and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as SEM, display advertising, social media, and more.

- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, analytics, and creative to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive results.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
