- As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating new business for our agency. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales. Your expertise in sales and client communication will be vital in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their e-commerce needs and present our services.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services, industry trends, and client requirements.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team to improve sales processes and strategies.
