The opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The

ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design and possess a strong

proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for

creating visually appealing and effective designs for posters, brochures, promotional

banners, and creative social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design high-quality and visually engaging posters, brochures, and promotional

banners.
 Develop creative social media campaigns that effectively communicate our brand

message.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver

design solutions that meet business objectives.
 Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and

standards.
 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and

innovative approaches to design projects.
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within

deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications:
 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design.
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects,

Figma and Canva.
 Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
 Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

techniques.
 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
 Good communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly.

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
 Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS.
 Understanding of print production processes.,
