Role: As a Senior AI Engineer, you will have a crucial role in creating and integrating AI solutions to the product. We want someone who knows their way around artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, and has a knack for coming up with the right fit solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

 Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions to address complex business challenges.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose AI-driven solutions, and deliver high-quality products.

 Research and experiment with new AI algorithms, models, and technologies to enhance the company's AI capabilities.

 Utilize machine learning and deep learning techniques to build predictive models, recommendation systems, and other AI applications.

 Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.

 Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and promote best practices in AI engineering.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with total experience of minimum 5 years.

 Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role, with a focus on developing AI solutions from ideation to deployment.

 Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

 Proficiency in machine learning techniques, deep learning architectures, and AI algorithms.

 Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment of AI solutions.

 Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, reinforcement learning, or other AI domains.

 Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

 Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
