Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist / AI & ML Expert with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data engineering. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive our data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development :
 Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address various business challenges.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data science projects.

Data Analysis
 Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and inform model development.
 Use statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights.

Algorithm Implementation
 Implement machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
 Optimize model performance through parameter tuning and feature engineering.

Data Engineering
 Preprocess and clean large datasets for analysis and modeling.
 Work with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines and workflows are efficient and reliable.

Model Evaluation
 Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
 Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to assess model effectiveness.

Collaboration And Communication
 Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations.
 Communicate complex analytical results and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Continuous Learning
 Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
 Apply best practices and innovative techniques to improve existing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience
 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
 Proven experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining.

Technical Skills
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
 Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
 Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
 Familiarity with SQL and database management.

Analytical Skills
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
 Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

Soft Skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
 Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
