Job Description :

We are looking for a highly capable machine learning engineer to optimize our machine learning systems. You will be evaluating existing machine learning (ML) processes, performing statistical analysis to resolve data set problems, and enhancing the accuracy of our AI software's predictive automation capabilities.

To ensure success as a machine learning engineer, you should demonstrate solid data science knowledge and experience in a related ML role. A first-class machine learning engineer will be someone whose expertise translates into the enhanced performance of predictive automation software.

This role is critical to meet our strategic objectives: enhancing user experience through smarter, personalized interactions. unlocking new revenue streams through AI-driven innovations; and optimizing operational processes to reduce costs.

With at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, the individual will lead the development and implementation of AI models.

Key Responsibilities : -

Design and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models, with a focus on GPU-accelerated LLMs, to improve user engagement and satisfaction.

- Apply expertise in specific technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, CUDA, and other GPU programming tools to optimize model performance and efficiency.

- Leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics to create innovative solutions that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

- Stay abreast of technological advancements in AI, LLMs, and GPU computing, ensuring our solutions leverage the most effective and efficient technologies.

- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to integrate AI technologies across various platforms and services.

- Conduct data analyses using advanced analytics tools and frameworks to guide strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, with a solid foundation in AI and machine learning technologies.

- At least 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models, specifically with expertise in GPU-accelerated computing and LLMs.

- Proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, CUDA, and machine learning libraries optimized for GPU.

- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and other AI disciplines that contribute to user experience and business intelligence.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
