- Designation: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)
Experience - 0.6 to 7 Years in International Call Center (Voice Process). Open to freshers as long as they have good verbal communication skills in English.
Salary: Not a bar for deserving candidates
Location - Nagpur
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Build know-how on the product line to provide customers with quick & relevant solutions / information.
Process orders, forms and applications.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Whenever necessary, route calls to appropriate channel / resource person.
Ensure follow up on customer calls where necessary.
Complete call logs.
Complete call reports.
Soft Skills Needed:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Patient & attentive listening & comprehension.
Customer service orientation.
Attention to detail.
Team work.
