Job Title: Data Entry Executive (Freshers Welcome!)

Job Summary: We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals who are eager to kickstart their career as Data Entry Executives. As a fresher, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities:
 Enter data from various sources into computer databases or software systems.
 Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it with source documents.
 Update existing data and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
 Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets/documentation of important company information.
 Organize and maintain files and records in a proper manner.
 Learn and apply company-specific software and tools effectively.

Requirements:
 No prior experience required; fresh graduates or individuals with basic data entry skills are encouraged to apply.
 Strong computer literacy with knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office Word, Excel).
 Typing speed and accuracy are essential.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
 High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

 Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Work Environment:
