    Job Title: Data Entry Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Client Communication Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will be responsible for collecting data from various websites, communicating with clients, and maintaining spreadsheets on Excel to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities: - Collect data from designated websites and input it accurately and efficiently into databases and spreadsheets using Excel. - Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the collected data. - Communicate with clients via email, phone, or other channels to gather necessary information and address inquiries or concerns. - Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on projects, address issues, and ensure client satisfaction. - Organize and maintain electronic and paper files related to client communication and data collection. - Assist with the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets and reports to track project progress, client interactions, and other relevant metrics. - Support other departments with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed. - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and client communication. Qualifications: - Intermediate or Graduation. - Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred. - Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Experience in communicating with clients or customers in a professional manner. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
