    Job Summary: The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in the companys databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently. Location: Gurgaon Experience: 1-2 years Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurately input data into various databases and computer systems. Update and maintain existing data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the entered data. Data Management: Organize and store data in a systematic and easily accessible manner. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as needed. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Quality Control: Review data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that it meets company standards. Identify and report any issues or inconsistencies in data entry. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and manage physical and electronic records. Generate reports and summaries of data as required. Assist with the preparation of documents, spreadsheets, and other files. Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to gather and verify data. Respond to information requests and provide data to authorized personnel. Assist with any administrative tasks related to data management. Key Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred. Experience with data management software and office tools like MS Office (especially Excel) is highly desirable. Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Fast and efficient typing skills (minimum typing speed of [specify wpm if required]). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion. Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours if required.
