### Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Software as a Service (SAAS) domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SAAS industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals, using CRM software.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our SAAS products and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.

- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and share customer feedback.

### Qualifications

- Experience: 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the SAAS industry.

- Education: bachelor's degree in, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
