Job Description:.
As a Channel Sales Manager for Realty 360 Degree, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with channel partners, including real estate agents, brokers, and agencies, to drive sales revenue and market presence.
Your primary objective will be to identify, recruit, and enable channel partners to promote and sell Realty360Degree properties effectively.
Qualifications:.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in channel sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and empower channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion through channel partners.
- Knowledge of the Noida real estate market and familiarity with local regulations and practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
