    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Servicing / Business Development Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and fostering new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Business Development and client management in Advertisement Industry. Responsibilities: Client Servicing/ Business Development: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Understand client requirements and work internally to ensure these are met. Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts. Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization. Develop business strategies and initiatives to drive new client acquisition. Generate leads through various channels and convert them into opportunities. Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. Strategy and Planning: Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies. Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and sales results. Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress. Requirements: Proven experience in client servicing / business development roles, preferably in a Advertisement Industry. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes: Goal-oriented . Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
