Business Development Intern

1. Formulate plan of execution for onboarding new academic courses and Mentors for respective training Modules.
2. Create a plan for achievement of the objectives and share the plan of action with the reporting Manager.
3. Discuss the Plan of action with the team members and ensure proper execution.
4. Plan and Execute various strategies for business expansion in terms of collaboration with colleges and companies for all the opportunities related to the company.
5. Taking daily mentoring sessions with the team (individual meetings as well as combined team meetings).
6. Communicate with teams about their objectives and monitor their work on regular basis.
7. Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Monitoring team performance by preparing an EOD reporting sheet which has to be shared with Reporting Manager every day.
8. Create Plan for social media marketing and communicate to social media manager and digital marketing team for implementation.
9. Market Research and create Business Strategies for Business development which will further be followed by the team.
