Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective project delivery and problem resolution.

 Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
. Experience in client relationship management or a similar role
 Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
