Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Development teams to. ensure that client needs are met.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in account management, customer relationship management, or related field
Ability to create proposals and presentations
Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Experience in the education industry is a plus,
