    Company Description Fore Excel Private Limited is a leading provider of IT hardware solutions and Virtual Reality Solutions headquartered in Bavdhan, Pune and offices in UAE and USA. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Relationship Manager at Fore Excel. The role involves managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and drive business growth. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in client relationship management Knowledge of CRM software and tools Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions Excellent organizational and time management skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets Experience in the technology or distribution industry is a plus Job Responsibilities: Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the IT industry. Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Account Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, overseas teams etc.) to achieve sales goals. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably in the IT hardware industry. Strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies and willingnes to learn constantly about new trends in tech world. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Desired Qualities: Enthusiasm for IT and new technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
