Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to sell products and upsell to customers
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, operating the cash. register, maintaining the sales floor, and meeting sales goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in using a cash register, strong time management abilities, and the ability to sell products effectively. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in jewelry or electronics sales is preferred but not required.
