Requirements

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an on-site position located in Thane. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description
 Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
 Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Communication through Live Chat, Phone, and Email.
 Explaining product features and benefits.
 Do follow-ups and with the focus on conversion
 Maintain records related to Client fallow up
 Follow up on submissions, negotiate and close business.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Experience in the IT industry is a plus
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
