Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at Anantam Advisors, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with developers and clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop effective sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Implement strategies to maximize sales revenue and market penetration.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential developer partners and clients through research, networking, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with developers and clients by understanding their needs, providing relevant insights, and delivering exceptional customer service. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales process.
Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial contact, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Ensure efficient communication and coordination between all stakeholders involved in the sales cycle.
Market Analysis and Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to the real estate sector. Conduct regular market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track progress against targets and objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
