Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our restaurant and catering sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and lead our sales team to success. Key Responsibilities: Restaurant Sales: 1. Drive sales growth in the restaurant, including private dining, events, and everyday business. 2. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, expand customer base, and enhance customer loyalty. Catering Sales: 1. Focus on selling catering services to clients, including corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and off-site events. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as event planners, wedding coordinators, and corporate clients. 3. Create customized catering proposals, menus, and presentations to meet clients" needs and preferences. 4. Conduct site visits, tastings, and meetings to showcase Feu Barn's catering capabilities. 5. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new catering menus and concepts. Team Management: 1. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met. 2. Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills. Customer Relationships: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences. 2. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns. Performance Analysis: 1. Monitor sales performance, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 2. Set and achieve sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements: 1. Proven sales management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants or catering. 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 3. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 4. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans. 5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. 6. Basic data analysis skills to interpret sales performance and market trends. Nice to Have: 1. In-depth understanding of the restaurant and catering industry. 2. Relevant certifications, like food safety or hospitality management.
