Unit Sales Manager/Senior Manager(SME Agency) Hyderabad

We are hiring for India's Leading General Insurance Company for the role of Unit Sales Manager/Senior Manager - SME Agency
Roles Objective of Unit Sales Manager 
-Responsible for implementing the sales strategy and generating business from new and existing agents across cities/ VO locations 
-Implementation of the sales budget of the business sourced from partner channels through the location.
-Accountable for developing new channel partners and nurture the existing ones.
-Managing business for SME products through the agents
-Responsible for overall handling of customer relationship management.
 
Role Objective of Senior Manager
-The role holder will be responsible for the acquisition and development of new agents in order to increase business volume across cities/ VO locations
-Responsible for increasing the SME products business volume through the acquisition and development of channel partners / agents. 
-Responsible for the maintenance of overall profitability of the portfolio keeping in line overall organizational needs and future growth expectations.
-Increasing the market share and penetration by acquisition of new customers.
Work Experience : 2-6 years
Age: less than 40 years
Qualification: Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate
